Our Nepalese Guards are sourced personally by the Company Chairman from various parts of Nepal. His associated alliance with the Nepalese Ex Military Association makes it easier to source good trained and well disciplined guards from Nepal. We have reliable agents to help us to filter potential candidates to our minimum requirements and ensure that all guards are literate.
All of our local guards are sourced and vetted by Polis Diraja Malaysia. We ensure that they are clean and free from all records before deploying and training them to be a Security guard. All Malaysian guards are required to attend the Certified Security Guard Training ( CSG) organized by PDRM at local PULAPOL bases. The National Blue Ocean Strategy under the orders of the Prime Minister's department wants to ensure that all Security guards are trained under the program.
